Welcome to your online
catering management system.

Whether planning a simple breakfast or an upscale executive luncheon, you will find all of our most popular menu selections on line. We can also custom design a menu for any special occasion. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet any need with style and creativity, assuring the success of your event.

This system has been created to make ordering your food and beverage requirements as easy as possible. We want to ensure that we are providing you with the very best options for you to select from, so please let us know if there is something you do not see in our order guide. We will be happy to assist you at any time with placing your food and beverage orders. Simply call the catering sales office and an event planner will walk you through the on-line process.

Planning Your Special Event

We pride ourselves in being able meet everyone's Catering needs.  The following steps will help you through the process of organizing your special event.

1.   Decide what type of event you want.  Will it be a banquet buffet or served meal?  Is it a reception or a beverage break? Will it be formal or casual?  What is your budget?

2.   Arranging and Reserving a Date.  Even if the date of the event is only tentative, please make arrangements with the catering department so that we can at least get you on our records.  You may contact the catering department at
208-792-2703 as well as through email at mpande@lcsc.edu.

Catering arrangements can be made in several convenient ways: by phone, email, and our online Catertrax ordering system www.lcsc.catertrax.com.

For more detailed events we ask that you make an appointment with our Catering Supervisor.
The office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

We ask that you make your Catering arrangements and menu selection at least:
   *10 days in advance for groups under 100 guests
   *3 Weeks in advance for groups of 100 guests or more

While we can accomodate your needs with less lead time, sufficient notice allows us to schedule production and staffing needs and eliminates any late charges to you.

3.   Reserving the Room.  All events held on LCSC campus are required to reserve a room for the event.  Once the room is reserved, the catering can be scheduled.

When reserving your event, please allow time for set up and clean up. 

4.   Enjoy!  Our commitment is to provide you and your guests with excellent food served by our friendly staff.  You can rest assured we will take care of all the details behind the scenes while you enjoy your event.
